Cancellation Policy
- Submit all required documents
- Pay ₹10,000/- per person as initial booking amount
- We will process your Hong Kong Visa (PAR)
- After HK PAR approval, pay ₹40,000/- per person to confirm your package, hotel, food & logistics
- Book your flight immediately after PAR approval
- (We can assist with flight booking. Airfare will be charged at actual cost. Early booking is strongly recommended due to price fluctuations.)
- Pay final balance of land package before 15 August 2026
- In case of Hong Kong visa rejection, alternate China Group Paper Visa option may be provided (subject to availability).
- Token amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Non-payment of dues will lead to automatic cancellation without reminder.
- All bookings are subject to availability and operational conditions.

1. Bookings between 15 Aug – 15 Sept:
→ 100% payment required within 7 days of booking
2. Bookings after 15 Sept:
→ 100% payment must be completed within 2 days
3. Early 100% payment in One Installment before 15 August 2026:
→ Flat 5% Discount Applicable
